Mr. Montana brought up the idea of having a "meet and greet" on a weekend night. Since none of us seem to be going out...LOL.
We could meet on the chat, or do what we do on another site hosted by the same mgmt. We use the blogs like a chat and keep posing our comments. But that only works for the Gold members.
Maybe we could bounce back and forth between the blogs and the chat? Do non gold members have access to the chat here?
Can you imagine Mr. Woodroe on a chat after he has had his Cowboy Apple Pie? LOL.

Happy New Year to all of you! I hope and pray this year is better for all than last year was, my best Christmas/New Years present ever was the beginning of construction on my house, they dug my basement, poured my footer, and then poured the walls yesterday, three days of feverish activity, 1st day the weather was gorgeous 50 degrees and sunny, 2nd day was a little cooler, yesterday was awful, the wind woke me up at 4 a.m. and it was like a blizzard all day but with no accumulation really. I was so cold from being out in it that it took me all evening to get warm, I laid on the couch all evening and tried to stay awake long enough to see the ball drop in times square, just barely made it. Happy 2009 Star, Four-beat, Annie and Woodroe, and everyone else who stops in here. Loved the apple tree, Star!

Yes, Annie. I had a wonderful Christmas. As I said, the weather has been perfect. We will be in the 60s all this week as well.... I have also been attending too many parties! My clients love to throw parties this time of the year. Now I need to lose the 10 pounds I have put on...Jeepers. New Years is only a few days away. One more party...
I usually do not go to so many parties but thought that this year I should try and see how others celebrate the holidays.

The best men know this, and appreciate most all the variety of apples no matter if they are on top of the tree or on the ground because they are all worthy of a good mans efforts. And eventually all the apples on the top of the tree will fall at some point to join the apples laying on the ground.
